It is being reported that after completing her work commitments, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be taking a break so that she can rest and take care of her health
Pan-Indian actress Samnatha Ruth Prabhu is one of the most bankable actresses in the industry. She is currently busy completing the shoot for her upcoming projects Kushi, co-starring Vijay Deverakonda and the Indian version of Citadel, which also stars Varun Dhawan in the lead. Despite being diagnosed with myositis in 2022, she has been dedicatedly working towards finishing her work commitments.
Earlier on Wednesday, it was reported that she is planning on taking a year-long break to recuperate and focus on her health.Well, according to a recent report by Bollywood Life, the rumours of Samantha taking a break are partially true. The entertainment publication spoke to her manager who revealed that she will be taking a break of six months after she finishes shooting for her current projects. They further added that many directors have approached her with offers and have been asking for her dates. The manager further explained how Sam will get back to work and choose her next projects wisely during her six-month break. The publication quoted them saying, “she needs to take a break and think of which projects to take up and which to reject. So she’ll take a break for six months only and get back to work. On the work front, Samantha was last seen in the mythological drama Shakuntalam, which focuses on the daughter of Menaka and Vishwamitra, the first abandoned child in human history, Shakuntala, her fight for her love King Dushyanta and the repercussions she faces because of the same. The movie failed to impress the audiences and the critics at the box-office. Apart from that, she has Citadel co-starring Varun Dhawan, Kushi alongside Vijay Deverkonda and Arrangements Of Love in her pipeline.
